We are looking for Mentors in Life Skiing based in Switzerland/ Sweden/ Europe.

Who we are

Skiers Accredited is growing. We are established in Europe and have hubs in Davos Klosters, Switzerland, and Åre, Sweden. We are Europe’s leading organisation for skiing development and have the most highly regarded mentors. We have over 400 active members and are continually expanding. Our modern combination of skiing, personal development and networking is a popular concept that offers our members the right conditions for development, both as skiers and as individuals.

Job description

As an on-snow mentor, you will work with skiers’ process-based personal development on the entire mountain. Each member’s process stretches over at least three years and focuses on awareness. We have developed our own member platform and digital tools to guide the skier and facilitate transitions between mentors. Members are offered on-snow skiing from October to May.

 

Skills and profile

  • ISIA/Highest level of certification or equivalent international qualification.
  • Instructor for ski & coach training/demo team/examiner or equivalent.
  • Experience of working internationally.
  • English is a natural part of your working life.
  • You are good at taking proactive responsibility and working independently.
  • You have drive and ambition in the above areas.
  • You have good communication skills.
  • You have documented background in sales and marketing.
  • Good French and German are advantageous.
